HI!!! I'm back ;) spring break was good ;) i caught up on a lot of sleep. One bad thing that happened this week was that some kids that live in the complex above mine, through rocks over the wall onto my car!!! so now i have 4 small dents and a nice scratch! :( also, The kids through a rock that smashed my windshield! I was angry... But I got over it ;) Paying for the windshield to be replaced drained my savings, though.. so that makes me unhappy.. :(
Otherwise, also this week, I overdrafted majorly on my checking account, so after all of the chaos subsided, i had $39 left after being paid, plus i owe my brother the $100 he loaned me to try and cover :(
It's ok, though.. Money doesn't mean all that much to me.. So, i have to eat freezer meals and pbj's for the next 2 weeks.... God will pull me through.
2 chronicles 20:15 says "Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army, for this battle is not yours to fight, but God's."
On a lighter note! I got to see my best friend Matt again last night! Second time in 3 months! He looks really good, he's happy with what he is doing, and excited to be recording their second album for the next 6 months. After that, they are going on tour again. they will be going to the Philippines, and various places around the western United States, and once in Canada ;) Hopefully he can spare a night for my birthday ;) His schedule is even more cramped then mine!!
Chronicles will be famous one day, just watch;)
Also, I guess I should say something about IS101..... It's a little hectic.. I don't know if I can pass it this semester. I'm going to work really hard, though, to catch up with stuff and do as much extra credit as possible... I work tonight until midnight, so I can't do much today after 2.. :(

Sushi, and sushi!!!!
Hello again;)
I really don't have much to talk about today. Class is going fine, i still feel like i am severely behind on everything, and am finding it difficult to get up on time, lately. I think that it's residual from the time change...
We finally got Sushi spayed this weekend, so she's a little quieter then she was before for the time being. Speaking of Sushi, a bunch of friends and I hit up Kobe sushi on Flamingo and Fort Apache last night! 1/2 price sushi, yay!! I love that place, it's so good;)
if you go there, you should try:

The Forgetful Mind and Music
I think that it would be beneficial for me to review my schedule during the week to eliminate any unnecessary things that i spend time on. Between working 40 hours a week, church functions, and three very high-maintenance classes, I've become even more forgetful then I ever was before. I think that it would also be good to try and get a solid eight hours of sleep at least 2-3 times a week. Even Superwoman crashes every once in a while...
I can't wait to get back to learning music. Honestly, I think that my mind has deteriorated since I left high school and Choir behind me. I am a firm believer in the theory that music promotes a healthy and productive mind. I can't wait to be in it again. ;)

Powder Palooza and the surprise testimonial
Hello;) I'm a little bad at remembering to post my blogs, but i'll try to remember... So this weekend was very fun. I went to Brianhead, and went tubing. A lot of my friends went skiing and snowboarding, though. ;) My body is still a little sore, but it felt good to be away from vegas for a few days. We got this big three story cabin for two nights, $2000. not bad, considering the cost was split between 30 people!
The best part of the whole trip, though, was the Devotional. For the first time ever we got to here my friend Kevin's testimonial. (for those of you who don't know what a testimonial is, it is the explaination of where your life was before you became christian, how you came to know christ, and where you are now in your faith) I think that it is the most wonderful thing in the world to see someone whose spiritual life was so destitute completely turn around. From playing girls to drug and alcohol abuse and a near fatal overdose, this guy, who is the same age as me, now is a leader in my church college group. he's one that God has really worked through. Some people say that testimonials are unimportant and that the only thing you should listen to is what the bible says. This is partly true, but I think that from a non-christian point of view, I would be more willing to hear the Truth through someone who has been an unbeliever, don't you think?
